1) Passport
• Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Passport and a photocopy.
2) Passport-Size Photograph
● Photo size should be 35mm x 45mm.
● Full Face (looking straight forward) on white background
● The photo should be clear and identifiable, taken within the last 6 months
3) Flight Tickets
• Confirmed round-trip airline ticket.
4) Accommodation Confirmation
• Valid reservation document for your accommodation in Bali.
5) Financial Evidence
• Latest 3 months’ bank statement showing a closing balance of NRS 400,000/-
• In case of marriage (married applicants):
Provide a relationship certificate/marriage certificate, and maintain a closing balance of NRS 600,000/- per person.
• In case of child (minor applicants):
Provide a relationship certificate/birth certificate, and maintain a closing balance of NRS 600,000/- per person.
6)Travel Itinerary
• A clear and detailed day-by-day plan of your trip in Bali (activities, dates, and locations).
