1) Passport
• Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Passport and a photocopy.
2) Passport-Size Photograph
• Photo size should be 35mm x 50mm.
• Full Face (looking straight forward) on white background
• The photo should be clear and identifiable, taken within the last 6 months
3) Flight Tickets
• Confirmed round-trip airline ticket.
4) Accommodation Confirmation
• Valid reservation document for your accommodation in Malaysia.
5) Financial Evidence
• Latest 3 months’ bank statement showing a closing balance of NRS 100,000 per person for Single-entry and NRS 200,000 per person for Multiple-entry.
• In case of marriage (married applicants):
Provide Relationship Certificate / Marriage Certificate, and maintain a closing balance of NRS 200,000 per person for Single-entry and NRS 400,000 per person for Multiple entry.
• In case of child or (minor applicants):
Provide Relationship Certificate / Birth Certificate, and maintain a closing balance of NRS 200,000 per person for Single-entry and NRS 400,000 per person for Multiple entry.
6)Travel Itinerary
• A clear and detailed day-by-day plan of your trip in Malaysia (activities, dates, and locations)
