To reach Lukla, you have two options: either take a 30-40 minute flight from Kathmandu or opt for a 5 to 6-hour drive to Manthali/Ramechhap followed by a 20-minute flight to Lukla. From Lukla, the trek to Phakding, situated at an elevation of 2,652 meters, begins, with a trekking time of 3-4 hours.
