Depending on your schedule or travel preferences, you may take a swift 30-minute flight or a 6-hour scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
Your trek starts in Phedi, which is around 40 minutes away by car from Pokhara. Beautiful views of the Annapurna range may be seen throughout the three to four-hour hike to Dhampus and then to Australian Camp. The moderate trek is an ideal way to get started walking in the area because it combines gentle and steep terrain. 
You will hike to Sarangkot (1600m) in 5–6 hours from Australian Camp. As you go through quaint towns and woods, the very easy climb offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and verdant surroundings. Sarangkot is the ideal location for stunning dawn views of the Annapurna range, which includes Dhaulagiri and Machapuchare.
From Sarangkot, you'll trek downhill to Pokhara (820m), which takes about 4 hours. The descent is relatively easy, offering beautiful views of the valley, terraced fields, and the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas. As you approach Pokhara, the tranquil environment of Phewa Lake and the city’s vibrant atmosphere will greet you.
Both the 6-hour picturesque drive and the short 30-minute flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu provide distinctive experiences.
For your departure, you’ll be transferred to the airport or your chosen onward destination, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey as you continue your travels.
