Upper Mustang, often called the “Last Forbidden Kingdom,” is a captivating region in the Himalayas of Nepal, nestled between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. This remote enclave beckons adventurers and culture enthusiasts with its barren, windswept landscapes and ancient Tibetan-influenced culture. Key attractions include the walled city of Lo Manthang, centuries-old monasteries, and a royal palace. Upper Mustang is a living museum, renowned for its well-preserved traditions, vibrant festivals, and unique geology featuring dramatic canyons and surreal rock formations. After breakfast, you will be picked up from your home and driven to Pokhara. Lunch will be at Marshyangdi River View Resort in Dumre, or another preferred location. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel. In the evening, you will have the opportunity for a tour of Pokhara.


After breakfast at our hotel, you will drive to Marpha. The road up to Beni is paved, after which you will be driving on a gravel road. During your journey, you will have the opportunity for sightseeing. The total travel time to Marpha is approximately 7-8 hours. Dinner and overnight stay in Marpha.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will drive to Muktinath. After visiting the Muktinath temple and completing worship, you will drive to Kagbeni for lunch. Following lunch, you will continue to Chusang, Mustang Gate, Chaile, Samar, and Ghami. Ghami is a beautiful place where you will stay overnight.

After breakfast at your hotel, drive to Lomanthang for lunch. Then, proceed to Jhong Cave (Mustang Cave), known for its unique structure. Enjoy the stunning landscapes, monasteries, stupas, and the local lifestyle. If weather permits, visit the Nepal-China border (Korola) for sightseeing. Return to Lomanthang for dinner and overnight stay.


After breakfast at Lomanthang, you will drive to Choser to explore Jhong Cave (Mustang Cave), known for its unique underground structure. Enjoy the stunning landscapes, monasteries, stupas, and the local lifestyle during this tour. After exploring Choser, you will visit the Nepal-China border (Korola) for sightseeing. Return to Lomanthang for lunch, then drive to Jomsom. Homestay options are available upon request.

After breakfast at your hotel, drive down to Naurikot and Tililake. You will have a lunch break at Holiday Camp. Afterward, descend to Tatopani, renowned for its natural hot springs. In Tatopani, check into your hotel. You will have 3 hours of leisure time to enjoy the hot springs. Overnight stay in Tatopani.

After breakfast at Tatopani, you will travel to Pokhara for lunch. Following lunch, you will be transferred to Kathmandu, passing through Bandipur if time permits.
